  • ¼ cup flat leaf parsley finely chopped
  • 1 tsp spicy, smoked Spanish paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 red onions
  • ½ cup compliant mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil EVOO
  • 1 tsp avocado oil
  • kosher salt
  • Freshly Cracked Black Pepper
