This Paleo Banana Bread is delicious. It’s beautiful, moist in the centre and tastes like a cloud. It’s also dead-simple to make and perfect for non-bakers!
In a large bowl, mash 4 bananas with a fork. Then add maple syrup, vanilla extract, eggs and almond butter.
Once combined, add coconut flour, almond flour, cinnamon, sea salt, baking soda, baking powder and mix thoroughly.
Bake the bread in the oven for approximately 1:15 hrs or until you can insert a cake tester into the thickest part and it comes out clean.
