- 2 avocados ripe
- 1/8 cup red onion finely chopped
- 1/2 tomatoe seeded and diced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves finely chopped
- 1 lime juiced
- 1 chipotle pepper plus a tsp of the liquid it is stored in
- Salt and Pepper to taste
