Dairy-Free Vanilla Latte Macchiato
These Dairy-Free Vanilla Latte Macchiatos are easy to make and delicious. Even the coffee snob in me enjoys them, albeit reluctantly.

Servings: 2 cups
- 250 ml almond milk
- 2 long shot vanilla Nespresso
- 1/8 tsp dried vanilla bean – substitute vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp agave syrup – substitute maple syrup or honey
Add almond milk, vanilla bean and agave syrup to a small sauce pan. Heat over medium-low until the milk starts to steam. Use a bamboo whisk or balloon whisk to beat the milk until it froths. Pour milk into individual mugs.
Pour espresso overtop of milk to create a latte macchiato.
Serve immediately.
